Dress Confidently and Live Confidently

The “enclothed cognition”

Your style and the clothes you choose reflect and affect your mood, health, and overall confidence. Scientists call this phenomenon “enclothed cognition”. We all have experienced the feeling of dressing up. when we dress up we feel more beautiful, confident, and strong. Clothes don’t just affect your confidence levels, they can affect your success, as clothing significantly influences how others perceive you and how they respond to you.

How we dress has a lasting effect on how we see ourselves, and how others see and treat us, both in society and in the workplace. It is a powerful tool women from all works of life posess and if you are able to master that power you will be unstoppable. One way of taking control of that power is taking control of what you put on your body and never give anyone the power to decide what you wear.

There is a saying that goes: ” You are what you wear”. So don’t let anyone tell you who to be.

"That is why us, at Maya Seyferth say: dress confidently and live confidently."
